The ideology behind this title is a free spirited concept which has been on my mind & helping to fuel my direction in life for years.
With this short song I wanted to capture the essence of the idea in an uplifting & energetic way.
Stability is another word for security, whilst Wings is suggestive of freedom, adventure & autonomy.
I decided to keep the track sounding raw after realizing that the initial acoustic guitar demo/scratch tracks were sounding great!
I thought I would redo particularly the lead guitar parts as electric, but in the end I decided the acoustic tones gave the song an authentic "country rock" vibe :)
